Dr Udit Raj, national chairman of Parisangh , informed that a real civil society is going to stage a rally on Nov 5th at Ramlila Maidan of Delhi . Govt wherein Employees , Ambedkarites, Social Organisations & NGOs including farmers will participate in the rally . It is a real civil society agitation not funded and supported by any political party as was done in case of Anna Hazare drama at Ramlila Maidan . Dr Udit Raj further said that constitution is in danger on the account of enumerable incidences like subversion of the institutions like CBI, ED , IT , Judiciary ; not allowing opposition to speak on the floor ; sale of Govt depts & PSUs created by public money ; making the fourth column crippled; weakening the RTI Act ; helping Adani to loot the wealth means promoting the crony capitalism; politicising the bureaucracy; not allowing president to inaugurate parliament building and hence reduced her as rubber stamp , waving off the bank loan of big business houses ; privatisation; destroying of election commission autonomy; rigging of pole through EVM etc . Civil Society must rise to the occasion to protect the constitution. Enough is enough now civil society organisations have decided to stage a rally on Nov 5 at Ramlila Maidan of Delhi .
Bibek Debroy , Chief Economic Advisor to PM Modi, wrote an article on 15th August,23 that India needs a new Constitution . The longest serving RSS Chief ,Golwalkar, said that the Indian Constitution is pieces of different Constitutions . RSS burnt the Constitution and the effigy of Dr Ambedkar on 12 Dec, 1949 at Ramlila Maidan of Delhi . Later, the Vajpayee Govt set up a commission in 2000 to review the Constitution but that could not be done due to defeat of the NDA in the 2004 elections. A number of RSS and BJP leaders have expressed similar views. Secularism is hated by them . Muslims & Christians can live on Bharat Bhumi but it is not their pious place and they should have no voting rights ,Savarkar and Golwalkar have held it long ago and if these forces come back to power in 2024,the Constitution will be killed.
It’s a non political movement and have given to call join all democratic minded people . People from all over the country and several organisations have vowed to defend the Constitution.
