In 1997, the All India Confederation of SC/ST Organisations was formed under the leadership of Dr. Udit Raj ji and through this, continuous nationwide dharnas and big rallies were held in Delhi for saving reservation and other rights by getting 3 constitutional amendments done and success was achieved. On October 27, 2024, in the national convention held at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, it was unanimously decided to include OBCs and minorities in it and its name was changed to 'Confederation of Dalit, OBC, Minorities and Adivasi Organisations (DOMA Parisangh).
1997 में डॉ. उदित राज जी के नेतृत्व में अनुसूचित जाति/जन जाति संगठनों का अखिल भारतीय परिसंघ का गठन हुआ और इसके माध्यम से 3 संवैधानिक संशोधन कराकर आरक्षण बचाने सहित अन्य अधिकारों के लिए लगातार राष्ट्रव्यापी धरना-प्रदर्शन और दिल्ली में बड़ी-बड़ी रैलियां की गई और सफलताएं मिली। 27 अक्टूबर, 2024 को कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब ऑफ़ इंडिया, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में सर्वसम्मति से इसमें ओबीसी और अल्पसंख्यंकों को जोड़ने का फ़ैसला किया गया और इसका नाम बदलकर ‘दलित, ओबीसी, मॉइनॉरिटीज़ एवं आदिवासी संगठनों का परिसंघ (DOMA परिसंघ) कर दिया गया।
